- Flexible delivery frequency — Options include every week, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, every 4 weeks, every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months.
- Automatic savings — Subscribers receive a 10% discount on every recurring order (on raw food, treats, and health products).
- Easy management — You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account.
- Delivery or store pickup — During checkout, subscribers can opt for home delivery or choose to pick up in-store.

Free Home Delivery — Straight to Your Door 🚚
To complement the Subscription Program, Everything Raw offers free home delivery within 100 km of our Manotick store location, making raw feeding accessible to most pet families in the Ottawa & Gatineau regions.
Delivery Schedule & Zones
Deliveries are made between 10am-4pm and organized by zone and day:
- Wednesday (West Corridor): for areas south of Hwy 417, west of Bank Street, and west of Woodroffe.
- Thursday (North Corridor): for areas north of Hwy 417, including Québec Region addresses, east of Woodroffe and west of Aviation Parkway.
- Friday (East Corridor): for areas south of Hwy 417, from east of Bank Street to east of the Aviation Parkway.
To receive delivery within a given week, you must place your order by Monday at 5:00 PM. If you already have a subscription in place, the system will automatically generate your order for the correct or corresponding delivery week.
On your delivery day, one of our drivers will contact you to give a two-hour window. If you’re not home, you can leave a cooler or freezer in a safe, accessible spot for drop-off.
If the Delivery Schedule doesn’t work for you, we continue to offer our special deliveries, pending driver availability, at a reasonable cost.
