Terrible experience. I had read the reviews about the pushy and unsolicited advice, but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try them anyway. Coming into the store was not welcoming at all. Once I asked where a product was I was suddenly bombarded with unsolicited advice. The person on staff today spoke to me in such a demeaning way and with so much authority she must be a veterinarian when she's not working at the store. She made diagnostic assumptions, and tried to provide advice based on that, which I find to be quite dangerous. Always listen to your actual veterinarian, and not someone who works retail, when it comes to your pet's health. I walked out without purchasing anything and would rather continue driving further away to purchase my raw food then step foot in that store again. It's really too bad how much business they lose because of poor staffing choices.

Business owner and associates are informative but take their advice with a pinch of salt. Nothing like being told what not and what to feed your dogs almost to the point of a lecture and then have the owner's own dog walk from the back and look in really bad shape at just 6 yrs old. They don't sell BCR claiming its not complete which is not true. So again, do your own research and don't think eggs are bad for dogs .

What a lovely experience here! Katy has been wonderful through my cats transition to raw and mine, as a vegan it’s wild to shop for raw meat and prepare it but I do what is best for my two babies 🙂 very knowledgeable and great hangs here in the cafe with my cats roaming while no other pet is in shop, a large scale where I come to weigh my cats so I can make sure to feed them the appropriate amount of raw. Also Katy was so kind she told me I can just message the IG account when ever I have questions and she responds fairly quickly. So glad I found this place and I would highly recommend.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The dog food is great quality and they have a really good selection. I'm glad I found this place. Plus I can buy the dog food in bulk (helpful when feeding 2 large dogs). The only drawback is that the food comes in individually wrapped 1/2 pound paddies, vacuum sealed in plastic, so feeding 2 large dogs creates a lot of plastic garbage. But this isn't the store's doing, it's the supplier. The employees were nice enough to explain why the supplier does it though.

Great little store with good selection. Would give 5 stars but the two times I have been there; the service is hit or miss.
There is a red haired woman who works there (didn’t get her name) who is wonderful!
However there is another woman who has been there each time who made me feel judged for saying I feed my dog kibble with the raw food. The first time I went in, she was incredibly standoffish upon hearing I give my dog kibble and only friendly when trying to convince me to feed fully raw.
It’s a little disappointing. I appreciate the passion for the product, but I feel a different approach of just being friendly and knowledgeable would be better than judging what people feed their dogs.

Everything Raw is a store that offers a wide variety of food and pet products. However, during our visit to the store, we found the staff to be judgmental and pushy. They gave us unsolicited opinions on pet health care areas that were unrelated to nutrition, such as vaccinations, spaying, flea and tick prevention. They even suggested that we change our vet clinic without knowing the quality of care our pet is receiving. We did not welcome their opinions and left feeling irritated and disappointed with their behavior. As a result, we have decided to look for other options for our pet food.

Love this store! Quality food, and so much more. Always great advice from the staff too. It’s nice to know you can shop somewhere where you can tell they value the health of your pet!

I switched my cats to the cat premium raw 2years. What a change! Fur is extremely soft, their poops are nicer and not as smelly, healthier and they have so much energy. The staff have helped me so much with picking the right raw recipes for my cats. I started with samples and when they have new raw recipes they give me a samples to test out as my cats can be stubborn lol. The staff are patient, very nice and always happy to know how my cats are doing. My cats also are in love with the freeze dried treats (salmon) their favourite :). One of my cats got bladder crystals 2 years ago and has been free from crystals since. I can say I am very happy to have found Everything raw! Thank you guys 🙂

Positive experience overall with a great selection of food at reasonable prices. However, it would enhance the atmosphere if we could maintain a judgment-free environment. Personal opinions on tail and ear cropping are controversial, and it's advisable to refrain from expressing them while conducting business.

I switched my dogs to a new raw food after speaking with the owner. She helped me find the food and supplements that my dogs needed the most and it was a really pleasant experience. My dogs are doing so much better on their new food and they really love it as well.

Visited this shop for the first time yesterday. Katie was super knowledgable and kind to our dogs. We left with samples and suggestions and returned today to start our dogs on a raw food diet. The dogs are so very happy and excited about their food and new diet, it is something to see! Lots of prancing and smiling and happy behaviour - and a little confusion about what to do with the chicken feet but that didn't last too long!

Great place with VERY reasonable prices on complete raw dog food meals, supplements, and treats. Some very cute themed socks and mugs as well! Amazing service, quick pickup for online orders, AND great information sessions if you're new to raw.

We had such a pleasant and positive experience here. I had been wanting to transition to raw but was overwhelmed by it all. We got to go into the store (with the dogs of course) and sit down for about an hour for a consultation. It was extremely informative, we got a lot of advice and felt a lot less stressed about it all. I think the part that made me most anxious was knowing how to feed the right portions, they did the calculations for us and explained it ( I think back to it now and laugh at myself a little bit). Our dogs and cats have been on raw for about 4-5 months and we have noticed a HUGE difference. Can’t think of ever switching back to kibble. They always answer any questions we have any time as well. Thank you so much 😊

Truly fantastic place, people & products! We have 2 German Shepherd's - one who had extensive skin conditions for the first 2 years of her life. We tried every vet food, allergy medicine, etc. before switching over to a raw diet and every single one of her issues has since resolved (going on 4 years). Incredible result and far less expensive to feed our dog's raw food in comparison to allergy food + allergy meds every month. Highly Recommend!

The owners are very specific to my dogs needs and gave us lots of samples. They also make an amazing london fog which is a great bonus!

First of all little back story , I have been feeding my dogs raw. I found this cafe and I thought might be good to check it out. I met with its owner named Lynne. She talks like she is a Veterinarian and she knows everything!! She also gets her “knowledge” from “dogs naturally magazine”. That magazine is not a legit source of information. The second she mentioned that magazine I knew I would believe what she says! She learns things online.
On the other hand Kathy is great - but I wouldn't go to a place where the owner learns from a magazine.
She told me to feed my small dog (15 pounds ) what a large dog would eat. Since I have always feeding raw to my dogs I knew she not to do what she says - but for someone else this could go completely wrong and make their dog sick or over weight! doesn’t care about your pet - she just wants the money!! There are many other places to buy raw food and they don’t even have a large selection of brands or meats. I do not recommend!!

Amazing place to learn about improving your animals health. My dog had every issue you could think of. I tried over 10 types of hypoallergenic food nothing worked. Within 3 days of me following Lynn’s suggestions he was rash free and stomach problem free. Less trips to the vet for ear and eye infections. Love this place. Been a client for 4 years I recommend this store/experience every pet owner!

My dog was suffering from intermittent digestive upset for months. I tried multiple name brand dry foods to no success. After the 2-3 week adjustment period my dog has not had a single issue since being put on a raw diet. His ears don't build up wax as much and are not as irritated. His teeth are pearly white. His coat is shiny. Only suggestion would be that for orders over a certain amount some kind of free delivery would be nice.

This is the only place that I could find in the Ottawa area that sells cakes for dogs, which my dogs appeared to like. They also sell Happy Goat Coffee among other drinks.
