2. If you choose to Subscribe, select your delivery schedule: 

  • Every week
  • Every 2 weeks
  • Every 3 weeks

3. Click “Sign Up Now” and go to the Checkout – Your customer account will also be your subscription account

4. Relax and enjoy – Your orders will be processed automatically, with receipts sent to your inbox.

Delivery Zones & Times

Our subscription service works seamlessly with our home delivery schedule:

  • Wednesday – West Corridor (10 AM – 4 PM)
  • Thursday – North Corridor (10 AM – 4 PM)
  • Friday – East Corridor (10 AM – 4 PM)

While the subscription program officially opened on the 15th of September, 2025, please make sure that you submit your subscription and/or online order by 5:00 pm on Monday, to ensure your order is included in that week’s delivery schedule.

Delivery zone boundaries, days, and times are subject to change without notice.

Not in one of these zones? We also offer “Other Delivery” for addresses 101–120 km from our store (fees apply).

Frequently Asked Questions

Our subscription program is designed to work seamlessly with our Free home delivery (within 100 km) to make feeding your pets simple and predictable.

Here’s how it works:

  • Place your order: Select the products you want and choose your preferred delivery schedule — weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or even every three months.
  • Get notified: Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. On delivery day, our driver will contact you with a two-hour delivery window.
  • Receive your order: Be available to accept the delivery, or leave a cooler or freezer in a safe, accessible spot for your pet’s food.

Example:
If you live in Gatineau and place your order by Monday at 5 PM, your delivery will arrive that week on your regular scheduled day, with a text or call from the driver to confirm the window.

Orders must be placed by Monday at 5 PM for delivery that week.

If you miss the deadline:

  • Your can place your order online for free home delivery in the following week’s schedule, or
  • Call the store and for a $25 fee, we can make a special delivery outside the standard schedule (pending driver availability).

Example:
If you submit an order Tuesday morning for that Wednesday’s route, you can either wait for the following week or request a special delivery slot.

Absolutely. Subscription customers can select “Store Pickup” instead of home delivery during checkout.

Here’s how it works:

  • Place your order online and choose “Pick Up In-Store.”
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and a reminder when your next pickup week arrives.
  • Come to the store at your convenience during your scheduled pickup window.

Example:
If you prefer to shop every two weeks, your subscription will remind you of your pickup week so your order is ready when you arrive.

Yes — you’re in full control of your subscription. Simply log in to your account to:

  • Pause your subscription for a period of time
  • Adjust your delivery frequency or products
  • Cancel your subscription entirely

Changes need to be made before Monday at 5 PM to take effect for that week’s order.

Example:
If you’re going out of town and don’t need your regular order, pause or reschedule your subscription online. If you miss the cutoff, contact our team so we can help.

If you won’t be available during your scheduled delivery window, you have a few options:

  • Cancel your order before the Monday 5 PM cutoff
  • Leave a cooler or freezer in a safe, accessible location so your order can be dropped off safely
  • Switch to in-store pickup for that week
  • Request a special delivery (for a $25 fee, pending driver availability)

Example:
If you know you’ll be away on Friday when your West Corridor delivery is scheduled, simply place a cooler on your porch for the driver or reschedule for store pickup.
