Return Policy – Everything Raw Doggie Café
Everything Raw and Everything Raw Doggie Café has a very limited return policy. All requested returns / refunds must be approved by the Management of Everything Raw or Everything Raw Doggie Café. Please contact us at 613-867-6054 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the Subject “Product Return”, providing us with the reason for the return, the product(s) in question, and the date the product was purchased on. This includes both instore/café and online orders.
This return policy is limited to all products that have been purchased with the last 14 days. Management reserved the right to charge a restocking fee, as noted below.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any products returned without prior approval will NOT be returned to the sender, nor will they be refunded or exchanged.
Any items purchased at a promotional price will be refunded at the promotional price only, not at the full purchase price. Any products that were purchased on sale are non-refundable.
The following conditions apply for the following products:
Frozen Raw Dog Food:
- The product being considered for return must be frozen, in its original packaging (unopened and with plastic intact around the food) and in its original box.
- All approved returns can be exchanged for another product or will become a “store credit”.
- If full and unopened boxes are returned, the “Store Credit” will consist of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee.
- If partial boxes are returned, the “Store Credit” will consist of the purchase price per lb, less a 20% restocking fee.

There is a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our health products. You must return products that have been opened, shipping costs at your expense.
Any approved returns for items as part of a bundle will be refunded the difference between the bundle price and the regular cost for the item(s) not being returned.
Julius K9 Products – Return Policy
Julius K9 offers a return option if you are not satisfied with the product, if it is the wrong size, or if it was not what the buyer expected.
Approved returned products must be in a new and salable condition. We reserve the right to charge a maximum of 25% restocking fee if any product(s) is returned without the original packing, packaging and/or not in original condition.
Custom patches are non-refundable, unless the patch is different then ordered or is damaged.
Unfortunately, due to health restrictions and regulations, we are not able to accept returns of any edible goods. This includes all bagged treats or open treats.
Everything Raw Gift Cards (where applicable) are Non-Refundable.
